1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synro is an end-to-end encrypted communication platform that provides secure messaging channels, file sharing, voice messages with anonymization, and one-time encrypted message drops (Synro Drop). The Service requires only a username for registration — no personal identification is needed.

3. Accounts

• To use chat features, you must create an account with a unique username and password
• Email is optional and used only for account recovery if provided
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• One person may have multiple accounts
• Synro Drop (burn-after-read messages) can be used without an account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Synro offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($6.99/month or $59.88/year)
• Paid plans are purchased with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX)
• All payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions
• Pro subscriptions are valid for the duration specified at purchase (30 days or 365 days)
• You can verify your subscription status in your account at any time

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or access restrictions
• Create automated or fraudulent accounts

6. Encryption and Security

The Service provides end-to-end encryption using AES-256-GCM with per-message key ratcheting. Synro cannot access, read, or recover the content of your messages. Voice messages are processed with McAdams anonymization to protect speaker identity. You are solely responsible for managing your shared secrets. If you lose your shared secret, the encrypted data cannot be recovered.

7. Referral Program

• Synro offers a referral program with 30% lifetime commission on referred payments
• Referral earnings are paid out in cryptocurrency to your specified wallet address
• Fraudulent activity (click inflation, fake referrals) will result in immediate termination
• Synro reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice

8. Service Availability

Synro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access to communications.

10. Content Responsibility

Since all content is end-to-end encrypted, Synro has no ability to moderate message content. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit through the Service. Channels are automatically destroyed according to their configured TTL parameters.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms. Termination may include account suspension, IP-based restrictions, or permanent ban. You may delete your account at any time through the application.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
